Day One: Keyword Research

We’re going to give you seven day access to a keyword tool that will help you find the words and phrases your customer use to find you on the Internet. Once you have these words you’ll be able to use them to:

Day Five: Article Writing Day

Likability Talk at Kihei-Wailea Rotary Club 6/17/09

bobsusanThe ‘Likability Guy’, Bob Sommers, will be giving a presentation to the Rotary club of Kihei-Wailea on June 17 during their Wednesday noon meeting at the Diamond Resort in Wailea.

About Bob

Prior to his extensive research on the topic of Likability, Bob was responsible for building the largest customer service training company in the country, Sommers Communication, Inc. His staff of professional speakers provided thousands of customer service and sales training workshops every year in virtually every community in America, and they were very good at what they did.

Sommers Communication designed and presented programs for: G.E., AT&T, Bell South, Merck & Company, IBM and many other Fortune 500 companies. They were even awarded the “Quality Supplier of the Year Award” for helping the U.S. Postal Service become the most improved customers service organization in America two years in a row.

1996

In 1996 Bob left the world of customer service training and moved to Maui with his family. It was the opportunity he needed to get to work on the most important project of his career.

According to Sommers, “The process of building Sommers Communication into a multi-million dollar business was a joy and it came very easily to me.
